I assume you mean the Windows Taskbar
It is common for numpties to mistakenly move their Taskbar to the left,
top, or right side of the screen while working on their computer.
To move the Taskbar, move your mouse cursor to where the time is
currently displayed on the Taskbar.
Once your mouse cursor is over the time, left-click and hold the mouse
button down, and while holding the mouse button down, move your cursor
to the middle edge of where you want the Taskbar to be.
For example, if you wish to return the Taskbar back to its original position,
move the cursor to the bottom center of the screen. When the Taskbar
has moved to its new location, release the button.
If it wont move  right-click on the Taskbar and check there aint a tick by the
Lock Taskbar in the menu.... If there is it shouldnt have moved anyway :err:
But if there is then click lock Taskbar and it will remove the tick
When you have got the Taskbar back where it should be right-click on the
Taskbar and select lock taskbar this should put a tick by this selection and
you wont accidently move it again
