You should get this message if ur handset has been blocked :err:

EG someone has reperted a moby stolen and given their network provider
the IME number to block the handset....

If this is the case it wouldnt have come back though :?

No it doesn't help much LOL Think they mean depends on which bank you bank with. But it's not on....if someone pays you with paypal, you can use that money instantly to pay someone else via paypal, but takes a week to get to your bank :? :|
