I used this stuff called Natracalm a few years ago, a few of them relaxed me quite a bit, you can get them in Boots I think :wink:

I bought some rescue remedy...not sure but think it's worked a bit...tastes of brandy so thats a bonus 8)
 
Right I aquired a certain album....

In RAR format.... 108mb......

RAR is a kinda compressed format from what I can gather :?

So why is it still 108mb when converted to MP3 :?

Doesnt seem very compressed does it :?
