problems to open hub...

Why i get this message--->Open at least 3 slot(s), please.-----

i have login and password to hub... is this reason than i have adsl-box, and configurations are, my ip address is in the box...with dhcp server, whisch share new ip to all "home computer"...mayby i have to open one or more public ip port...firewall io open or shut...same message still
has anyone know, am i wrong or right... (sorry about my english)

Are you sure you made that change?

That is the only place where you can set upload slots and that message can show up only if you have less then 3 slots.
