I looked up other cashew cheese recipes and there are some damn freaking weirdos out there. "We don't use yeast because it overexcites the taste buds". Wtf :rolleyes:
 
I put Killers on tonight. It is one of the most perfect albums I have ever heard and I pretty much always just let it run through to the end. I choked up listening to the lyrics on Purgatory
 
In Bruce's autobiography, he talks about how Martin Birch shaped the sound of the band. I feel like the albums he produced always had a depth, a poignancy, something that just grabs you. I was amazed at how good Fire of Unknown Origin was, and then I saw that Birch produced that too
 
I think there is something the bands bring, and then there is something the producer brings, and when you have the right people together it is pure alchemy
