Downloading me Map update thingy for me Garmin Stav Nav whats-it :)

I dunno how flexible they are regarding Point Of Interest files....

But if you have any questions or problems take a visit to http://www.pocketgpsworld.com
The speed camera database is much better than the TomTom excuse for
a speed camera database...... and at £19.99 a year its a bargain, plus if
you report a camera fixed or mobile, that isnt in the database, when one
of the verifiers spots it after you have submitted it, you willl get free
lifetime speed camera updates!! I have free lifetime now BTW 8)
My TomTom is certainly a bit different than it was standard.....
Right down to restructuring the menu's so what I want is on the first page!!

But if ur stuck or wanna play around, or look for tips it is the place to go!!
Sign up to the forum, its free, all you pay for is the Speed Camera Database,
...And once you sign to the forum you can download from their vast POI database.
And you should be able to find out how to add them :D

:)

If it can be done to your Garmin you will find out there

I sound like I have shares in the place :err:
But I dont LOL
If you spot someone there called rockin_plumber...... its probably me LOL

It is well worth it
And its updated at least once a month....... sometimes twice.....

It is regularly updated by members & their team of verifiers......
Which as far as I can tell are Van Drivers all over the country who do the
verifying job on their travels......

Here is the state of the database on the last update........

UK - United Kingdom Active: Gatso 3539
UK - United Kingdom Active: Mobile 7001
UK - United Kingdom Active: Temporary 13
UK - United Kingdom Active: Specs 340
UK - United Kingdom Active: Redlight 1000
UK - United Kingdom Active: Truvelo 331
UK - United Kingdom Active: Monitron 173
UK - United Kingdom Active: RedSpeed 28
UK - United Kingdom Pending: Mobile 810

But its not just UK..........

http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/activecams.php

Once you pay ur £20 you can download as many countries as you desire...
And to as many devices as you have in your household...

And they are very hot on piracy........
They 'watermark' any downloads you make so if you upload em
somewhere and they find it........

:banned: & You lose what time you have left on your subscription.
