Hi,

I painted a couple of Maiden jackets for friends, and am thinking about offering this to other people if anyone is interested (doesn't have to be Maiden though).

Mine was painted using acrylics,has gotten tidied up every 3-4 years because edges start peeling a little & the paint chips slightly where the leather bends or gets rubbed,or beer split on it,or stood on.It takes a lot of abuse & still only needs tidied up very rarely.I've been soaked through to the skin in it but the paint has never run in 12 years,although at the same time I have managed to scrub year old parts off with a nailbrush & hot soapy water.
