Enough small-talk :P

Have you heard Robert Rodriguez's band, Chingon? I found out about them after I saw Kill Bill vol. 2. Both the movie and the band is AMAZING!!! I've been listening to these two songs, Malaguena Salerosa and Cuka Rocka for the past hour or so. They're fantastic!!!

No :? I have the Kill Bill soundtracks but haven't listened to them. I loved the movies too, especially when Uma rips out Daryll Hannah's eye LOL

I've been mostly listening to Evergrey and Candlemass- obsessively

 You have to check them out! I can't believe how good they are! I've always loved Mexican music, and this hits the spot :D
Can you recommend any good Mexican bands? Or mariachi's? :D

Btw, I also liked the eye-plucking scene LOL

oh boy, you ready?

Mariachi:

Alejandro Fernandez
Vicente Fernandez
Pablo Montero
Pepe Aguilar- oh my god this one's amazing
Los Lobos have Mariachi too
Los Temerarios
Los Bukis
Marco Antonio Solis
and a female Mariachi singer-Ana Gabriel

Mexican bands:
Quetzal (a band from L.A. but have Mexican roots, they combine Jazz, Traditional Mariachi, and Violin)
Ozomatli (they have everything- Rap, Mariachi, Cumbia, and everything in between and are my favorite non-Metal band) I've seen them live over 30 times and they are the nicest guys
