You have to find the smiley first...

for exemple, go to :
http://pages.prodigy.net/rogerlori1/emo ... eindex.htm

select a smiley and copy the address in the message box.
Put img (between brackets) before the address and /img (between brackets) after the address...

for example :

just hit the "Quote" button on the upper right corner of this message and take a look...
