How to burn a DVD downloaded from the hub?

Could someone say to me how to burn a DVD downloaded from the hub? What must I do the the .rar files? I can't put them on the VIDEO_TS folder... Must I convert the .rar files in .ifo, .vob or .bup files?

Just use downloaded one. You just have to remove starting message each time.
