Well as we have spent the whole weekend trying to convince ourselves that as much as watching MOTD on a big 42" Plasma would kick ass, that really there are more important things to spend our money on.

So we have been really good and not spent any money on a big telly (which has been quite a struggle for us both i can tell you). So today we popped out for a bit of a drive and ended up having a nice pub lunch sat outside in the sunshine, it was smashing.

So now we are having a look at bikes online, as we think we should get our arses in to gear and get cycling again. There's some good deals out there for entry level bikes.

Well i've been thinking about getting a TFT monitor for the puter as we still have a CRT monitor. Its ok to be honest but it does take up a bit of room. SO i was looking on Ebuyer and i thought i'll get a 19" tft for about £140 - 150, then i saw this deal on a Samsung 26" LCD HD TV (£399 :err: ), which would take a vga monitor input :shock: :shock: :shock:

I thought to myself "Man, that is the shit...." as we could use it for the puter and games consoles. So we went in to Bath to have a nose around and see what was available. And we went in to one shop and Miss_Bocky said "if we are going to spend £400 on that then we might as well get one of these - 42" Samsung digital Plasma HD TV for a special bank holiday price of £799.

I thought "I must be hearing things, i can't believe Miss_Bocky has just said that........and this TV is even more of 'the shit' than that 26" one :shock: :shock: :shock: "

So we had a think about it and decided we would be good and wait until we've cleared off the last money of our credit cards and then we would buy one. They will probably be cheaper in 6 - 12 months time anyway.



But this all bodes well for getting a "bad ass" tv in the future though :banana: :banana: :banana: :D

P.S. - It was because of Miss_Bocky's positive reaction to the big telly that we stopped off in the Jaguar garage on the way home from lunch today.......:err:......hey, it might just happen :D :D :D

All these channel logos on $ky cause a problem so I hear :x
