I've had 'proper' Flu all week, so I haven't been smoking either. Mind you, I haven't been sleeping either. I've woke up every hour, on the hour, with cold sweats for the last three nights :| .

All my joints ache, especially my neck, and I have a swine of a headache. :|

great to know you're still off the fags, wicky. congrats on going this long. when my dad quits it usually last...hmmm...2 hours LOL

I think he must have been out of bed and run into the wall or summit...
