Pretty good thanks, i was really hot (:err:) erlier on, but i've just had a nice shower to sool down a bit :)

And we have a had a lovely relaxing day just chillin out and taking it easy 8)

Rubbish isn't it :|

This always helps for me. Get a litre or 2 litre plastic bottle and fill it fullof water. Stick it in the freezer until its just about frozen, or really cold.

Then stand it in front of a fan, say if you have on in your bedroom or something. Then turn the fan on low and allow the air to flow past and around the frozen bottle.

Doesn't always work 100%, but when it does is cools the air down nicely, makes it a lot easier to drop off :)

listened to new maiden video and started some paint in the living room b4 it's too warm
