I'm very good, merci :D had a good session on the drums this afternoon and a big dinner, so I'm happy, but sleepy :err:

i'm just starting to be quiet with myself ad less tired :banana: :banana:

today, it was the pool, the tour de France, the french GP, a running with killy, a secondhand goods this morning with family where we bought an old furniture

I dont blame ya!

I've got my fan on, keeping me very 8) minute I switch it off it'll be boiling though :| my bedroom window is stuck shut :| STILL :x hopefully the window man will come and fit me a new one soon 8)
