MAXAdsl Start package, speed 384/64..but i'll talk to my dad and we'll change that for sure in next couple of months.

nope...got a place on Physics department (download 1.2 MB/sec) and they have wireless :P 8)

one classroom thats only used once a week and in the hall outside it there are 3 AP's :P

don't know what you mean by AP-s. but...here. let me give you an example of how fast this is...we installed Debian Linux on one computer totally of the network. it took longer to install the packages than to download them. about 200 MB was downloaded in 4 minutes tops :)

i take it the network wasnt very used then
on fer wireless is fast

but now so many ppl come to download that my download rate fell drastically
today i downloaded only with 250kbs in bit comet and 50kbs in mozilla

not quite...a student's server also uses the same line...not just student's server but the whole Croatian Physics Society server uses that same link. otoh, it is also administered by those same students.

on physics department, you can easily download at speeds of 500 ot 750 kbps (seen it in action...a friend downloaded a bunch of torrent files).
