we work all the day the 24th and during the xmas dinner, my head falls in the plate before the end :err:

Not bad thanks :) I'm feeling a bit rough tonight though :( Think I might take myself off to bed with a hot water bottle in a minute

Why not, especially of you're feeling a bit rough. Get a couple of extra hours if you can. It'll do you the world of good :)
