Maybe like doing a course in Web Design, or perhaps a Chef training or how about doing something like driving a van, maybe for Tesco's or something whilst you are studying for a qualification or professional certification in something you really want to do.
I know that means a lot of work but it would be worth it if you can find a way to put the effort in
