The week before Xmas.

It made Xmas a little hectic this year. We should have moved in a couple of weeks ago, but the woman who owned the place previously was going through a messy divorce and there was a couple of delays as a result. :|

Just had a rep from a roofing company round to sort some paperwork, so we can get the garage re-roofed.

Did that bit the other day. Including the Fore-play.

He originally quoted £10,500. We said 'No Thanks'.
Then after 'phoning the boss' he quoted £6,500. We said 'not interested'.
Then after another call to 'The Boss' a revised quote of £4,500. We Said 'Goodbye'.
That was 27th Dec.
Today we got them to drop over another grand off the price.
