You are exactly right, if i thought it was a fantastic opportunity and it could be a long term move then i would seriously consider it. But i am very much of your frame of mind. The money is nice, £10,000 more that anything else currently on the table, so i have to consider it.

But in reality i'd rather just work somewhere that's 30 - 60 minutes away and get a fair wage for a fair days work and not have all the hassle of a job role that demands that extra effor to kep in the good books, if you know what i mean :err:

But i'm still keeping me eye's pen, so we'll see what happens old friend :grouphug:
