Here's just some obvious ones....

If a player is offside and touches the ball prior to the ball hitting the net or he scores....

A player being fouled prior to the ball hitting the net....

The ball inadvertently going out of play then going back into play and going in the goal...

The referee has already blown their whistle for something but the attacking player doesn't hear it and goes on and scores....

The attacking player controls the ball with their hand....

or...… The referee is absolutely shit

This isn't a reason for a disallowed goal

Maybe its because it was a Liverpool fan that threw it on the pitch
