According to Sven Eriksson, Owen is not happy with Newcastle nor with his
agent but went there because "they paid more than Real madrid did".

I was ok with him going there instead of us because of the crucial nature
of World Cup involvement in probably the most important WC of his
career, but if it's money then I'm horrified. :|

I don't know, maybe I'm getting it wrong and only Owen knows what
really goes on in his head, but I know for sure if i was a Newcastle fan I'd
feel completely blown away.
