Confusion on configuring IP-address

Hello, I'm new to this system. I'm trying to connect, but I really don't know anything about this. I guess I'm supposed to enter my computers IP address by the active IP box, but I don't know the IP for my PC! Is there a way to find it out? And for the port, I understood it as I could leave it blank, and let it happen randomly.
 
You don't need to enter your IP address and you can leave it empty. Post too.

BTW Hub is using port 411.

Edit: I just want to deliver a huge THANK YOU to BoBo. It works! Now I can finally get this kind of files which I'm very interested in. I've got some already, but I "need" more.
