Taped on Minidisc Sony MZ-N710 with Core Sound
Binurials (Low sensitivity) mics. Unfortunetly although
I used some nice mics etc....I accidentally had the mics
mis-matched to the Sony pre-amp, instead of selecting
Low mic option I had it set to High....shoot me.
Therefore this recording is as we say distorted a bit (lot)
Recorded around 40m and 3m high from stage on the RHS.
Anyway apart from that the recording was made for the Lossless
Iron Maiden hub this is to sustain a Master Digital Copy of it.
Also refrain from making MP3 of this source.
The Master recording MD's were mastered by LGP and what an
excellent job he has done with it compared to the raw source.

The crowd on the night was around 7500 on this 8000 capacity event
ranging from oldies like me to very young kids. At the start there
is a lot of 'Moshing' and looked very dangerous from where I was sitting.
This resulting in BD stopping for a few and announcing to the
crowd not to shove etc... (twice actually....later on also)
The sound in the event was way...way loud and the Drum kick and
Bass were very prominant at this event and shook the seats.
Basically a wall of sound....I have never heard anything as
loud before btw.
A great performance by the band.....until they blew the fuses on
Paschendale and the event stopped for about 4-5 mins until it was
repaired...hence the title. I missed the first 10 secs or so on
the restart to Paschendale due to this
Once recovered...the performance again becomes great also.
Very few flaws in the performance and the show in my
opinion was Excellent.
Anyway Enjoy the show....sorry about the distortion....
As they say there's always next time.
