Making my own forum

Me and my friend's are going to make our own web-site and the forum is mainly my project, so I would like to now a good site where I can make the forum. (not a same place where IMBB is :err: )
 
well when i made my forum i made it on proboards but its a free server so you can expect popups, not too big options of upgrading a board and stuff like that. you can start there if you want to to see if you will like running the board and then later transfer it to some server where you will have to pay if you like it......

i didn't like the stuff...i found it quite boring as that is why my forum is dead
