The Queen Of The Ryche -song sounds a bit like Rainbow... IMO
The singer Geoff Tate reminds me bit of Kai Hansen...

It was frequently described as "Thinking mans heavy metal music, especially when Operation Mindcrime was released. I think i convinced WN to buy it, and she's said she likes it, ask WM
