This album now we can look like a first Iron Maiden album, but for this 5 men that album means the entering in a Proffesional world. They sign a contract and this was the first chance to show to the world what they can do.

IROn mAIdEn: Steve Harris
Member's was:
Steve Harris: bass guitar player,
He was the most immportant member (because he's a founder of Iron Maiden), great songwritter, perfect bass player. For him this album was beginnig of NWOBHM, he was going against all producer who wont to see him like a punker, but he stayed focused on his plane, and he won.
Paul Di'Anno: Vocals,
He came into the band a little bit later, but in that time he was showing to audience what you need to be a HEAVY METAL SINGER. Also great songwritter.
Clive Burr: Drums,
He came into a band after Doug Samson's quiteing, for the most of the girls in audience he was the prettyest member of Iron Maiden. But also great drumer and very good fellow.
Dave Murray: Lead/rhytm guitar,
He was in band and then he left Maiden, and came back and finnaly he stay in Maiden for a long time. He gave us some perfect riffs, some very good lyrics, what more you need?
Dennis Stratton: Lead/rhytm guitar,
He was only on this album of Iron Maiden, but he's part in creating this album is pretty well.

This is just a little part of everything what happend befor or after releaseing '' Iron Maiden'', but I must writte this because: TODAY IS 25 YEARS LEFT AFTER REALEASEING IRON MAIDEN- ALBUM WHICH BEGIN TO WRITE SOME OF THE BEST PAGES IN A BOOK OF HEAVY METAL.

I never heard clive being the sexiest, I've heard Steve, Dave and Bruce

But now looking at it.....

I heard that,
when Clive was leaving I heard that there was many female fans very depresed

This is what I found......... so it could be the starting of MS that caused him to leave :?

Clive Burr left the band in December 1982, despite getting voted 3rd best
drummer in the world in a KERRANG poll. Clive said he was leaving "for personal reasons" and that he intended to quit the music business for good.

He was also tired of the very hectic touring schedule. It was an amicable
split and Clive got a special thanks and "good luck mate" on the PIECE OF
MIND album sleeve credits.

I also found this

....and secondly he wasn’t getting along too well with Steve.

Which kinda doesn't go with the amicable split thing :err:

And these projects he was involved in....
Which doesn't tally with that he intended to quit the music business for good. :err:
Coz these projects span 10 years :err:

CLIVE BURR'S ESCAPE (1983?) - Recorded a session for Radio 1 on the BBC

STRATUS (1985) - With Tino and Chris Troy.

TYGON (formely STRATUS) - The brief name change to TYGON wasabandoned after
a little while, 'cos they found several other things with that name.

PRAYING MANTIS - one of their many drummers in their history.

TRUST (1983) - replaced Nicko McBrain as a session drummer for them.

GOGMAGOG (Jun 1985) - drummer on "I Will Be There" EP.

DESPERADOS - formed by Dee Snyder of Twisted Sister fame.

ELIXIR - drummer on second album LETHAL POTION.

TRUE BRITS (1992) - Releasd an album READY TO RUMBLE in 1992.

Its also said he drank heavily back then. He kept a bucket by the drums in case he had to vomit some nights. No wonder he didn't get along with Steve. If those reports are true his departure was the best thing for the band.
