Is the Lossles hub down????????????

Is the Hub down again? I keep timing out..is it me or the hub?
Wondering if anyone else is having a problem?
 
Yes hub is down.

It will be down for 2-3 hours. He has trojan on his computer. So when he comes there he has to deal with that first.
