Well, i just got that idea. So, if you think that's true or not, answer. :)
I guess it could be true. They are hiding the info about who B. Breeg is, so - it could be Eddie the Heady.
They saw this shrunken head of a dead soldier from Vietnam or Korea or... and that is what inspired them for Eddie the Heady.
May be, maybe not.

Oh, I thought that head was used to give the bad image of a american or something, on the side of a tanker?
