Improving Quality of Bootlegs

Ive got a couple few bootlegs recently and just wanted to know if there are anyways in which you can improve the sound quality of the files (wav). For example isolating more of the singing, getting rid of any kind of white noise and reducing some crowd noise. I've got the Nero wave editor but i'm not sure what it is exactly i need to or what the possibilities are in terms of improving the listenability of the songs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

It's not an easy job and Nero wave editor is surely not right program for that. Search the net for guidelines and which program you can use. Cool Edit Pro (old name, can't remember the new one) is one of them.
