Custom avatars got broke in our server move yesterday afternoon. Its now fixed and working again

It was the 'upload' function that was broken. Now uploading should work fine, so after they're put up they'll actually show.

Where can I get an avatar in this forum? :?

Go to the "Profile" option on the menu at the top of the page. Scroll to the bottom and you'll find the "Avatar Control Panel". From here you can upload an avatar, or view the ones that we've got in the gallery for you to use.
