welllets have something musicly oriented here in gc. lets talk about concept albums. best concept album i ever heard is pink floyds the wall. there is nothing that comes close to the wall's perfection.and as for metal concept albums operation mindcrime is overrated imo. horror show by iced earth is good, seventh son as well but all of them together don't come even near king diamonds abigail. what do you all think.

Yes. I think it just drones on and on. Now all the Pink Floyd fans are going to come out and flame me. :err:

 I won't flame you for your opinions, but oh my god, I love the wall

I don't like nither The Wall, nither Operation Mindcrime, because Pink Floyd and Queensryche are boring to me.

Seventh Son is amazing album.

The other concept albums I like are The Metal Operas from Avantasia.

I agree with MM (for this time :D ) THE WALL is one of the biggest concept of all times. In the construction of the masterpiece (but we can say that it's really the ROGER WATERS work)and the film that it inspired.

But we must not forget the masterpiece of MARILLION 'Misplaced Childhood'

Scenes From A Memory is a fantastic album, I can't decide between that and Seventh Son........ both brilliant!
