Adding many categories does not make a description professional. Stuff like taper (for example) will be unknown on 97% of shows. Maybe rather than writing "Taper: Unknown" just don't include it if unknown.

MD5 - this will be valid only for hub releases and only if somebody gets the actual lossless. Remove clicks and you've got yourself different sums.

Duration of tracks - I don't know if this is a good idea. I always round to the nearest minute because they will differ from trader to trader. No problem with lossless though but some people will still complain. (them)

Good thing would be to say if a gig is complete or not but that's just me talking.
 
You are right. Not all fileds will be visible. Only those that are filled with information.

Do you think there should be separate field for complete/incomplete bootleg or just to use "Bootleg notes:" for that?
