    MP3 downloading

I guess it depends what you're downloading. I know some people who download stuff and never buy albums. That sort of thing will kill the music industry. I think having the opportunity to download a few tracks to listen to to decide if an album is worth buying is a good thing - after all most...

    your first bootleg?

My first was before the exile. Ashamed to say i bought it off ebay (before I discovered trading). My favourite is tanks over the tyne - I was at the show. I got MP first but now have lossless. As far as DVD is concerned - my first was Nissau 2006 (again from the same ebay seller). My most...

    X factor and Virtual XI

I like both. They have gome good songs and some good instrumentation. The problem is that people keep trying to compare Blaze to Bruce and compare these to other Maiden albums. They're obviously different in the same way that number of the beast is really different to killers - but they're...

    Venice (slayer perormance)

Sorry Screamy, can't help with this one. How did your quest for early 90's maiden stuff go? Did you see the webcast from the download festival?

    janick gers

Had to vote for Dave - he's been consistent for years! Janick contributed a different style in the 1990's but when Adrian returned so did Maiden's class - well that's my opinion anyway. Oh, and I DO still think Janick is impotant to the band both for his playing And his showmanship.

    Greatest Maiden Riff?

Good point Wrathchild. I guess I picked that one because it's one of those riffs that really pulls you into the song.

    drugs and alcohol

Caffeine as well, this is getting complicated. What do we class as drugs - things you can get addicted to or things tht chemically alter your mood? If it's the latter then most of the stuff in processed food can do that.

Hey all, What are your thaughts on this tour? I saw the show in Newcastle and enjoyed it, but I couldn't help noticing that the crowd intensity exploded once A.M.O.L.A.D. was done and the hits started rolling......

Rock in Rio vs Live After Death

Live after death or rock in rio? It has to be live after death. Rock in Rio is well produced but live after death has got a better feel about it.
