It's supposed to be pretty easy. You put baking soda on sliced raw chicken and let it sit for 20 minutes, then rinse it off

How does everyone get chicken to be so tender? I'd like it to be soft like rotisserie chicken from the store

I am disappointed that the chicken was still kind of dry despite being submerged in sauce most of the time

I think it turned out pretty well. I put in too much of the crushed tomatoes though
