Iced Earth weren't at Wacken, they had to pull out and were replaced by Twisted Sister.

I got asked to come along in person by Maniac, then i got PMed, then Manowar told me to come along (i'm sure i've missed a few there somewhere).

That happens on all BB's, i think people just like signing up to things

people will start to post more regularly with time, i have seen it on many boards, as long as you keep a plesant atmosphere then they will want to come here to talk about things. Have you considered some of the game threads maybe? or at least an NP thread.
