I don't think you can get good laptops under $1000 anymore. They're all shoddy build quality now

I ordered a new laptop. I think it's a good choice and it's a line that doesn't usually have hinge issues. I spent a little more than I wanted but at least it wasn't $2000

About to do more laptop research. I truly don't know what's good anymore. I look at recommendations, then find out things have a bunch of issues. Any cheap laptop is built very badly. I really didn't want to pay a lot. I've made very little money with my art so I don't feel good buying...
