Next door has been empty for a month...
Well about 5:00 we had water coming from under out kitchen units...
It must have frozen next door and thawed out this afternoon :|
When I eventually found someone with a key for next door.. it was close to me breaking the door down as I could see & hear the water cascading when I looked through the letter box.
There was 3 inches of water all over the ground floor and it had found its way through our wall behind the kitchen units :cry: :cry: :cry:
Still mopping up now.........

I feel for you rockin, frozen and bust pipes over Christmas is not a lot of fun.

Seems to be ok wont know the full extent until everything is dried out properly, but Things seem to be swelling (not in my underoos!)
