When you get something mp3 sourced in the trade post it here and I will update the list, so we can be careful in the future trades and try to find non-mp3 version or tape(vynil).

Huge probability that non-mp3 CD version doesn't exist (we need tape transfer)

    1981-10-27 Rome, Italy, Theatro Tenda - Bruce says "Pronto Roma?" after "Sanctuary".

FUCK!!! HOW come??? Tokyo shows mp3? They were transfered from tape!!! The guy who did the transfer did not split them into tracks. I don't get it. I still haven't checked if mine are mp3. BTW tokyo 4/14 is a fake.

My Tempe is nonmp3, Sacramento - need to check

I will add Fort worth 87 and oakland 87. The first one was also transfered from tape, it's not split into tracks but made as mp3! Oakland - i don't know, i got mp3.

If those are not mp3s ....

Frequency above 16 kHz must be around -80db for all of them.

From who ... It is important because if it is small trader then big ones might have proper version.
 
shitte i have the same thing. On my xls list i marked tempe as audio? but on my site it appears without the ?

Do you really think those are mp3? I'm not sure because there are spikes after 16khz
 
mp3s with higher bitrate then 192 kbps have such behaviour. Make few mp3s and check them.
 
too much hassle, i guess i will check my other shows with your program. Freq analysis is much better comparing to professional sound editors.
I just don't understand how come a show from tape winded up as mp3???
Could it be some sort of compression during transfer? Or maybe the person who did the transfer wanted to save space and encoded to mp3?

These 2 ones are from PowerMaiden from the Iron Maiden BB. It is a small trader i think.
 
I received yesterday 17 new boots, and 7 of these boots are mp3 sourced.

These boots are :

- 1982-04-28 - Frankfurt, Germany
- 1987-01-09 - Pittsburgh, US
- 1987-03-20 - Toronto, Canada
- 1987-05-13 - Tokyo, Japan
- 1988-07-03 - Cleveland, US (about this one, i have a doubt. I will send to Bobo a sample)
- 1991-01-26 - New Haven, US
- 1996-01-16 - Catania, Italy (about this one, i have a doubt. I will send to Bobo a sample)

These boots were traded with Darthrya (Ryan) from the Iron Maiden BB.
I told him about this, and he anwsered me that he didn't check the boot he has ... Anyway, he added new comments on its Internet site about the boots he sent me and which were mp3 sourced.

So beware, if you want to trade with him... Be aware that he could send you mp3 sourced bootlegs.

Well, about these 2 ones, i made a mistake :

It was instead of the show i mentioned these 2 following shows which are mp3 sourced :

- 1988-06-23 - Chicago, US
- Cadiz 1996.


So Cleveland 88 and Catania 96 i received are ok, and not mp3 sourced.
