hard to say, the one that pissed me off was TDK, but i also received fuji and some noname cds as well. I'm trying to make a picture but have troubles with my crappy camera.

yeah but it doesn't happen every time. Looks to me that only certain cd brands or even single cds have this problem.

The most fucked up thing is that people record mp3s as audio and then trade that as mp3!!! I just don't get it, when you trade mp3 you want to save space so you trade data cd not audio. Recording mp3 as audio is just plain waste of cd.

I think it has to do something with the coating material. When cds are pressed against each other very small chunks break off and this causes lots of copy errors. I put 2 cds face to face and pressed with a few books, after a week one of them had these tiny spots.
